the MYOB Made Easy - Instant Newsletters subject to the
following license agreement.
The Private Relabelling, Customization
Rights & Reprint Rights to MYOB Made Easy - Instant
Newsletter™ are outlined as follows...
1. The
MYOB Made Easy - Instant Newsletter™ cannot be sold at
any price. It can be given away to clients and prospects
as a bonus. It can not be given to other MYOB Certified
Consultants, bookkeepers or Accountants.
2. The
Private Relabelling Rights allows you to change the
masthead of the newsletter to your company name as well
as change the copyright notice to your business contact
details.
3. The
Customisation Rights allows you to change page 4 and add
details about what is happening in your business.
4. The
Reprint & Distribution Rights allows you to freely print
and distribute the newsletter to your existing clients
and prospects. You can distribute the newsletter via
email, Internet download or by printed version.
5. You
MAY NOT change the business development articles in any
way. All links must remain unchanged, live and intact.
6. You
MAY NOT authorize other MYOB Certified Consultants,
bookkeepers or Accountants to distribute the product.
7. You
cannot grant reprint rights to others. If you know of
other MYOB Certified Consultants, bookkeepers or
Accountants who want to distribute the newsletter to
their clients, then they must purchase a subscription
directly from Business Wise (Australia) Pty Ltd. You may
not sell the newsletter under any circumstances.
8. You
can give the newsletter away as a bonus. You can also
package a number of newsletters together and give them
away as a bonus.
9. You
MAY NOT distribute the newsletter in any immoral or
unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited
commercial email, also known as SPAM.
10.
You can distribute the
newsletter by direct mail in print form or via email in
PDF format. If you distribute the newsletter via email
in PDF format you must ensure all links remain unchanged
and remain live and active in the PDF document.
11. You
can distribute the newsletter via the Internet by making
it available as a download from your website in PDF
format. You must ensure all links remain unchanged and
remain live and active in the PDF document. You MUST
make the newsletter downloadable from your own website.
Everything must be hosted at your own website. Please DO
NOT send any of your customers or prospects to MY
download location.
12. Any
violation of this agreement will be subject to a
revoking of this license in which case all monies paid
will be forfeited.
13. This
License is valid and is not transferable in any way or
under any circumstances. It may not be sold or willed.
This License does not expire, however it may be
terminated for violation of these rights at any time.
14. This
license
becomes void should a refund be requested, and any
individual or corporation requesting a refund is then
precluded from subsequently using, in part or whole any
of the material provided in the MYOB Made Easy - Instant
Newsletter™ package.
15. This
agreement may be changed at any time at the sole
discretion of Lloyd Priddle & Business Wise (Australia)
Pty Ltd.
16.
Any disputes or terms not
discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion
of Lloyd Priddle & Business Wise (Australia) Pty Ltd.
This
constitutes the entire license agreement. To check for

If you
know of anyone who is breaching the terms of this
agreement please let me know by
contacting us.
Special Note:
No warranties have been made as to the results any
individual may expect or obtain from using any or all
the materials and instructions in this package. In
addition the purchaser or reader of this publication
assumes responsibility for the use of these materials
and information.
Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, both
federal, state, and local, governing professional
licensing, business practices, advertising and any other
aspects of doing business is the sole responsibility of
the purchaser or reader. Business Wise assumes no
responsibility or liability whatsoever on behalf of any
purchaser or reader of these materials.
This constitutes the entire license agreement. Any
disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at
the sole discretion of Lloyd Priddle and
Business Wise. No other
rights are allowed or implied.
