Question: How often does the
newsletter come out?
Answer:
The newsletter
will be available for download within the first 3 days
of the beginning of each month. We may release a special edition
where your clients need to be made aware of major
upgrades or big changes to the software.

Question: Can I change the
newsletter?
Answer: Yes! The
newsletter comes with Private Customization Rights, Relabelling Rights and
Distribution Rights. You can personalize the newsletter,
change the copyright and add any information you want.
These changes can only be made on page 4. All of the
other articles and links must remain intact.
Question: Can I charge for the newsletter?
Answer: No!
The newsletter is designed to be given away as a bonus
to your existing clients and prospects. You will make
far more money giving it away than you will trying to
sell it.

How do I know it will be value for money?
Answer: Talk
to Bryce Hoad from Innisfail or Wayne Schmidt from MYOB.
Bryce is getting on average 1 new client a day from his
newsletter. Wayne Schmidt (previous partner relationship
manager at MYOB) is also recommending the
newsletter to MYOB CC's.

Can I order offline?
Answer:
No. The whole process
has been set up to be handled automatically online. It
takes a too much administration to handle subscriptions
offline. Once you register you will get your login
details and you will be able to customise and download
your newsletter from the secure members area.

Can I submit content or ideas to be included
in future issues?

Can I send the newsletter out by email?
Answer: Yes.
That is the most cost effective way to send it out.
Before you email it, make sure that all of the links in
the newsletter are working. You should also make sure
you have an email program that personalizes the email.
Question:
I love the idea
of having a newsletter but I don't have time to send
it out to my clients. Can you do it for me?
Answer: Yes.

Question:
What is meant by
the term 'Relabelling Rights' and
the term 'Distribution Rights'.
Answer:
Relabelling Rights means you have the rights to change
certain parts of the newsletter. Redistribution Rights
means you can freely distribute the newsletter to
clients and prospects as long as you do not charge for
the newsletter. Please read the
Licence Agreement to
make sure you understand all of the terms of the
licence.
Question: Can I
earn a commission by recommending the newsletter to
other accountants and bookkeepers.
Answer: At
this stage we do not have a reseller program in
place. If there is enough requests for a reseller
program then let us know. Put it on the
wish list.
Question: Can I
cancel my subscription at any time.
Answer: Yes!
If you have subscribed through Paypal, you log in to
your paypal account and cancel the subscription from
within your account. If you have subscribed through eway,
you can cancel your subscription by putting in a
cancellation request
